SHIPPING CERAMICS

All orders destined for outside Morocco are fulfilled by DHL, shipped from our atelier in Marrakech.

For stocked items, orders are processed for shipment within 2—3 days

For custom orders, you will have been quoted your leadtime (for making and shipping) at the time of your order.

Please note, we are unable to make any changes after your order has been confirmed. In the event of a delay, you will be notified by email.

We offer free shipping across Morocco.

International shipping is calculated in Euro and does not include import duty which will be country-specific and based on delivery address. Please check your country’s customs rates before purchasing.

We ship to most countries, except for Russia and Israel as it is not possible to ship directly from Morocco.

All shipments outside of Morocco are sent with DHL express delivery, a tracking number is provided with the shipping confirmation email.

DUTIES AND TAXES

If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties or refuses the delivery for any other reason, the item(s) will be returned to our atelier and the order will be refunded once the item has returned intact, excluding outgoing shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a 100€ handling and restocking fee. Please note that the duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through SOFI MODI.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

A DHL tracking link will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped. Once you have received your tracking information you can Track Your Order from our website.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
